The trip will be to the Oak Valley Ski Resort. Cost of the trip is estimated to be W45,000 which will include lift ticket and rental, less if no rental is required. Scouts interested in obtaining the Snow Sports Merit Badge need to do all required pre-work. Mr. Clark is the merit badge counselor.  Participants are scouts,(priority), and family. A parent must accompany any non-scouts. Max number is 40 due to bus size. Bring Won to purchase food or bag meals. RSVP to ASM Bob L by email or at the troop meeting on 2 Feb 09. Troop 88 will be invited to fill any open seats. Scouts need to bring attire appropriate for skiing as well as a change of dry clothing for the return trip. This is a high risk scout adventure. Safety is a top priority. Parents will discuss ski hazards, procedures, safety , sportsmanship, ect with their family before participation. Parents will be expected to pick up or join if an emergency situation occurs. RSVP no shows may be assessed a fee for bus costs.
